Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have said head coach, Mark Harrison will double as technical director.
Harrison came in as the technical director but took over from Alex Ngwira as coach after an recording leaked of him saying the the Briton was interfering in his work leading to match loses.
Ngwira was assigned the role of scouting manager after it was initially reported that he has been fired.
Club president, Thom Mpinganjira is on record saying they will not be hiring a new TD.
"The plan to rejuvenate the whole set-up from youth to first team is now at the centre of Wanderers rebuilding.
"This is also the reason why Alex Ngwira has been given a new role to act as a scout for all our teams.”
The Club president said he has hopes Harrison will turn around the fortunes at Lali Lubani road.
The Nomads have not won a trophy in five years running.
They are contesting in the Airtel Top 8 Cup which is the remaining trophy they have to grab or the draught continues.
The club president said he also has hope Harrison's style of play and connections to Europe will be an asset.
